Shalom XO
This menu has been developed together with chef Aaj Fernando (executive chef of the Ricker Restaurant group) for XO in Belsize Park London.
The menu fuses Asian and traditional Jewish cuisines. The dishes are experimental and seasonal - creating a dynamic offering such as matzoball ramen, crispy rice salmon bagel, teriyaki chicken meat balls and many more.
